Store Policy

LIVE accepts the following forms of payment:


*A sales tax of 9% will be charged to all orders that have a ship to address in the State of Louisiana.
*PayPal payments accepted online only, not accepted in-store at our Canal street location.

Shipping and Handling

All Continental U.S. orders placed Monday – Friday before 12:00 pm (Central Standard Time) will ship out same day. Any orders that are placed after 12:00 pm CST will be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). All International orders will be shipped out the following business day from when they are placed.

Shipping Rates

United States

Shipping Rates for all orders will be calculated by UPS at checkout.



LIVE proudly ships worldwide. As an added protection for our international customers, we only accept PayPal payments for international orders. All International Shipping Rates will be calculated by UPS at checkout. 


Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your International order. Additionally, some International orders may receive delays at the destination's customs office. Unfortunately, LIVE cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Phone Orders

Certain products listed on our online shop are available for phone order by contacting our Canal St. shop here in New Orleans. To place a phone order, call 504.539.4236. Sales associates are available between regular store hours to assist you in ordering. Once your phone order has been placed, you will receive an email tracking notification within 24 hours of placing order.

Phone orders placed before 12:00 pm CST will be shipped out same day, or the following Monday (if placed on a Saturday or Sunday). Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will ship out the following business day.

Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credits


Online returns are easy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from LIVE, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. To make a return or exchange you must fill out the “returns” form that was in your original shipment and include the completed form in your return package. You may ship the package to our returns department at:

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as LIVE cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. If you would like a store credit you can select “Store Credit”. All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online shop,, and are valid for one year from the issue date.

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • New Condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Tags must be attached

If you are returning shoes or other footwear, the original box must be included, free of damage and shipping labels.

Final Sales

Certain products are final sales and can not be returned for a refund or exchange. These products include, but are not limited to: Just Don, YEEZY, OFF-White, and Limited Release items.


As an added convenience to our local customers, you can receive an in-store exchange or in-store credit for your online purchase at our Canal St. location. Any exchange or store credit in-store, will be given in compliance with our in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original purchase within 10 days of original purchase date. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Store credits issued in-store are only valid for use at our Canal St. location and cannot be redeemed online.
